Underlying Issues

Similar to previous years, our calls have multi-faceted underlying issues.

Responders work with callers to best understand the nature and boundaries of the calls as well as identify the primary concerns, allowing the caller a supportive space to talk through options, potentially explore resources (both personal and professional), and to come up with an action plan. At times, all that is required is a safe space to be heard.

Regardless of the reason for a call, if it is important to you, it is important to us.
